Our client is a fast-growing and forward-thinking financial services organization dedicated to innovation, excellence, and building a talented team to fuel our success. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager who will oversee a team of four recruiters and bring a forward-looking perspective, including knowledge of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, to our recruitment strategy.

What you will do:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four recruiters, fostering professional growth and collaboration
Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various functions within the organization
Utilize data-driven insights and technology, including AI tools and platforms, to optimize the recruitment process and improve outcomes
Partner with department leaders to forecast hiring needs and build a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates
Drive employer branding efforts by positioning the organization as a destination for top talent
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
Stay abreast of industry trends, especially in AI and recruitment technologies, to incorporate best practices and tools into the hiring strategy
Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and maintain adherence to the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
What you will need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Demonstrated experience using AI and other advanced recruitment technologies to enhance talent acquisition strategies
Strong people management and leadership skills, with experience in coaching and developing teams
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives for a growing organization
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics tools
Knowledge of the financial services industry and its unique talent needs is a strong advantage
