Job Description

QB Studios (a julsdesign company) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custom
Apparel Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee garment decoration,
collaborate with our creative department, and ensure high-quality apparel customization for our
customers.
This position involves working in a high-output production environment, using advanced
direct-to-garment (DTG) and direct-to-film (DTF) printers, as well as heat presses to create
unique apparel.

• Comfortable working with deadlines in a production setting
• Willing to learn and adapt to our specific printing processes
Prior experience in garment decoration (e.g., screen printing, embroidery, DTG/DTF
printing, dye-sublimation, or transfers) is valuable but not required—we are happy to
train the right candidate!

Essential Job Functions

Oversee daily production operations and prioritize tasks to meet business goals
• Develop and implement streamlined processes for consistent service delivery
• Collaborate with management and creative teams to execute custom designs
• Ensure production deadlines are met with accuracy and efficiency
• Inspect garments and heat-transferred graphics for high-quality, precise prints
• Operate and maintain DTG/DTF printing equipment according to guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Perform daily machine cleaning and light maintenance
• Assist other departments as needed
• Work overtime as required, especially during peak production periods

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in garment decoration is a plus but not require
